This prize was awarded as part of an essay competition.

                                           Prof. Alexandra Zinke
is Professor of Theoretical Philosophy at Goethe University Frankfurt. She conducts research on the philosophy of logic and on traditional and formal epistemology. Her research project “Dimensions of Doubt” investigates the nature and rationality of withholding judgment.

born in 1972, is a writer and philosopher. His books have been translated into more than 30 languages. He was editor-in-chief of Philosophie Magazin for many years, hosts “Sternstunde Philosophie” on Swiss television and is a member of the program management of 'phil.COLOGNE'. His book “Zeit der Zauberer” was on the Spiegel bestseller list for months, was awarded the Bavarian Book Prize in 2018 and the prestigious Prix du Meilleur Livre Étranger in France in 2019. Bestseller “Fire of Freedom” was published in 2020.
